Understanding the ISR policy

ISR insurance is a next-step policy for medium to large businesses with asset values of between $5 million and $10 million, or with insured values of $2 million and above.

It is the next step from a business pack as it can be easily tailored and providers broad coverage and higher limits, protecting insureds for risk and exposures that may impact its operations. It is often broken into two sections – Property Damage and Consequential Loss.

What does ISR Insurance cover?

Property Damage:

  • Loss or damage to buildings and machinery
  • Loss or damage to contents, stock, raw materials
  • Burglary, theft or employee dishonesty
  • Accidental damage

Consequential Loss:

  • Loss of profits and revenue caused by property damage
  • Additional increased cost of working to protect revenue and profits
