CLIENT EXECUTIVE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Executive to support our rapidly growing Strata & Real Estate Insurance team based out of our newly refurbished Melbourne office.

In this permanent role, you will assist with the development of new business and retention of existing business. You will service a portfolio of accounts as allocated to you, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

We envision your main responsibilities to include:

  • Provide front line client service in respect of allocated accounts
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate production/processing of administration duties including invoices, quotes, premium and adjustments calculations
  • Answering and responding to daily client enquiries
  • Liaising with clients & insurers and addressing any enquiries raised
  • Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals, and claims

 WHO ARE YOU?

You will be a team player, looking to progress and develop your broking skills.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Tier 1 qualifications, mandatory
  • Ability to develop and maintain meaningful working relationships at all levels.
  • Possess and apply a thorough technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and all associated legislation.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills
  • Strong organisational and written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We have an excellent opportunity for Junior Accountant to join our team based in our Singapore Office.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with the processing, analysis and reporting of financial transactions and information
  • Perform basic and routine parts of the accounts payable function and general Accounting duties
  • Assisting with the collation of receipts from clients and allocating payments in the finance system
  • Assisting the wider finance team with accounts payable queries
  • Ensuring the correct and effective maintenance of the organisation’s financial accounting and general ledger systems
  • Providing analyses and commentary to accounts and financial/management reports

WHO ARE YOU?

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A tertiary degree in Accounting
  • Sound knowledge of organisational accounting procedures

Key Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Amazing communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse and communicate financial information
  • Developing skills within financial/management accounting principles.
  • Computer literacy – with a sound knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheet programmes.

CLIENT MANAGER

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Insurance Client Manager with a strong background in account management, and an interest in Financial Lines Products to join our team based in our new Singapore Office.

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers at a senior level.
  • Maintaining a portfolio of key revenue generating accounts
  • Ensuring a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients

  • Providing clear and accurate delegation of key activities
  • Leading, planning and implementing clear and effective renewal and broking strategies.
