PEOPLE ADVISOR/BUSINESS PARTNER
We are looking for a true generalist to join our People and Culture team from early March for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility for permanency.
The role is based in our newly refurbished Melbourne office located in Southbank and the role will require some travel to our Sydney office.
An ordinary day for our People Advisor may include:
- Coaching and guiding Line Management on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices;
- Implementing initiatives to support a performance culture across the business aligned with the People Strategy and Company Values;
- Problem solve and present recommendations to resolve business challenges across Australia and Asia;
- Operational support across the full employee life cycle including, recruitment, training and development, remuneration and benefits, engagement and culture initiatives;
- Analysing and presenting People data around success measures and presenting recommendations and initiatives for improvement;
- Working closely with the broader Corporate Services team to support change management and drive new ways of working within the company;
- Opportunity to work on the design and implementation of a Human Resources tech solution.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will provide exposure across the entire business and bring with it the opportunity for personal growth.
WHO ARE YOU?
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field highly advantageous
- Exposure to project work and People systems

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Melbourne
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Real Estate Insurance & Risk Solutions team based in our newly refurbished Melbourne Office to develop and maintain portfolio of new and existing Honan clients. You will have experience directly generating revenue by selling products and services to clients.
Responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure considerable growth across the state
- Conducting presentations on our products and distributing marketing collateral
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Growing and maintaining a forecasted pipeline of new business opportunities to achieve target
- Act as a liaison between sales and customers on Honan products and services
WHO ARE YOU?
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role
- Previous experience working in Real Estate Insurance is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience dealing with clients coupled with a strong existing relationship base
- Tier 1 qualifications, preferable
- Current driver’s license
