As the 2023 Australian flu season approaches, the Australian Government continues to encourage the uptake of the influenza vaccination.
In 2022, we saw an early start to flu season. It is therefore important for organisations to start planning their corporate influenza vaccination programs now, in the lead up to winter.

AVS is experienced in supporting large-scale, multi-site, multi-state projects for some of the largest government and enterprise organisations in Australia, while remaining flexible, nimble, and responsive to their clients’ needs.
AVS is currently one of the only organisations that has been appointed by the Australian Government - Department of Health to the National Vaccine Administration Partners Program (VAPP), making AVS one of the few suppliers permitted to administer COVID-19 vaccinations in workplaces.
Onsite Programs or Pharmacy Vouchers
AVS has 10 years’ experience in delivering successful vaccination programs throughout Australia. In 2022, AVS arranged 3,693 individual onsite influenza clinics, administering nearly 110,000 shots in 12 weeks.

Pharmacy Flu vouchers are another great solution that enable you to include staff members who are unavailable during the onsite program, working remotely, or for your locations that are too small to justify the cost of an onsite clinic. AVS has an online portal to simplify the process for your employees who can access a voucher to receive an influenza vaccination at one of our 1,700+ partnering pharmacies in Australia.
